許紹津專注柴燒技法，作品《重聚》在2016年香港陶瓷茶具創作比賽中被選為公開組冠軍。她現時在景德鎮創作陶藝，透過陶泥的創作，發現了自己在陶藝方面的創造力。她深深被陶泥這種材料所吸引，渴望著能夠透過它創造出更多的作品。自習陶藝以後，所有的渴望和不安都消失了，創造的火焰被點燃，生活變得充實、滿足、快樂。許紹津以柴燒完成的代表作，每件作品都有獨特的釉色效果，捕捉了她在不同時間階段的情感。
Alice specialises in wood firing and has dedicated herself to perfecting this technique. She won the first prize of the Tea Ware Hong Kong Potters competition (open category) with {Reunion}. She has gained invaluable inspiration from her time living in Jingdezhen. She discovered her own creativity through working with clay, which she had long been seeking in others and in the world around her. She was deeply drawn to and longed for the creative potential of this material. Since then, all of her longing and restlessness have ceased, and the flame of creativity has been ignited, bringing contentment and happiness to her life.
